Ragalluf garments are Australian Made and are rated UPF 50+ (maximum sun protection) by the Australian Radiation Laboratory.

All garments carry a money back guarantee that the fabric structure will withstand, for at least six months,
the effects of chlorine and high temperatures encountered in hydrotherapy pools if washed according to the instructions below.
Note that the bleaching effect of chlorine could cause some fading of colour for which Ragalluf cannot accept liability.

To properly care for your swimwear, wash as soon as possible in cold water using
a mild wool blend detergent to remove chlorine, rinse well and drip dry.

Ragalluf offers mail order customers a money back guarantee of satisfaction with fit and style of the standard sizes
advertised in our brochure if the garment is returned within 30 days in original condition.
Costumes that have been worn in the pool, washed or soiled will not be accepted.
Garments made to special sizes to client's measurements are not covered by this guarantee.

Please return item/s with brief details of reason for return on the invoice you received with your goods.
Send the return item/s to the PO Box address that appears on the top of the invoice.
We will exchange or credit the item/s full purchase price less freight charges.

Please note we will not accept any return freight charges, unless item returned is faulty or
we have been negligent in processing your order and provided an item other than as ordered.
